What is a coupon?

The coupon is an initiative brought to you by UTSOURCE, for buyers to enjoy greater cost savings through the use of coupons.
UTSOURCE currently has 2 types of coupons in our store:product discount coupon and shipping coupon.
The product discount coupon is applied to the total price of the order, but not on the shipping fees.
The shipping coupon can be used directly to offset the shipping fees incurred on your order.

Simply select the product discount coupon you would like to use during checkout when placing an order.

How to become a PLUS member?
For PLUS plan members,what can be done after the plan has expired?

When a PLUS membership has expired, you can still place a new order, even after the date of expiry. It does not affect the usage of the account at all, and only the benefits of PLUS users are revoked.
What is PLUS membership cancel and refund policy?

1. Service conditions: if you have purchased PLUS membership, you can request termination and refund at anytime for any reasons.
2.Refund Policy:If you wish to terminate your PLUS membership service and request for a refund, we are only able to process the refund based on the days left remaining on your membership plan. All the shipping coupons included in your PLUS membership welcome gift package will be revoked. For any shipping coupons that have already been used, you will have to reimburse us based on the used coupons' value.
