Introduction:
The RA30H2127M is a 30-watt RF MOSFET Amplifier Module for The 12,5-volt mobile radios operate in the 210- to 270-MHz range. The battery can be connected directly to a depth of mode to upgrade MOSFET transistors. Except for gate volume (VGG = 0V), only a small leak flowing between the drain and the RF input signal reaches 60 db. Power to drain and eliminate current go up as the gate strength increases.
