No, this RESET key can be used to reset the XBee and the WIFI-LPT100 only.
Can I configure the XBee or the WIFI-LPT100 installed on the IO Expansion Shield via the serial interface of the Arduino development board?
Yes, you can. The IO Expansion Shield provides some conversion interfaces for the Arduino development board to make configuration and communication to the XBee or the WIFI-LPT100. So you can apply the Arduino development board to configure the XBee or the WIFI-LPT100 by setting the corresponding jumpers on the IO Expansion Shield.
