IR2112S Integrated Circuit electronic chip is a high voltage, high speed, voltage driver MOSFET (Metal Oxide Field Effect Transistor) and IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) is a highly independent with low side reference output terminals. The HVIC and CMOS latch immune technology enables this integrated circuit chip with rugged monolithic construction. The voltage driver of the output terminals possess high pulse current and buffer stage designed for the minimum power conduction applications.
The logical inputs of the chip are compatible with the standards of CMOS and LSTTL outputs with 3.3V logical operation. To drive this N-channel enhancement power MOSFET or IGBT which is operable at 600V, floating channels are used for this working operation. Matched propagation delay are same for both of the channels which enable high output voltage drive and use in high frequency applications.
