Power Supply Connection: Connect the Vcc pin to a stable power supply within the specified range of 4.5V to 16V. Ensure proper decoupling capacitors are placed close to the Vcc pin to maintain stability.
Grounding: Ensure a solid ground connection to avoid noise and instability issues. All grounds should be connected together and directly to the power supply ground.
