RF Power Module M57788MR is designed by Mitsubishi Electronics to Power Amplify the RF (Radio Frequency signal). This is three stage module with 3 DC supply options and designed for frequency range of 430-450MHz with power output of 45W for frequency Modulated Mobile Radio. Input DC supply rating is 12.5V.
Following are Absolute Maximum Ratings;
1- Supply Voltage 17 V
2- Total Supply Current 12 A
3- Input Power Max @ load impedance of 50 ohms is 0.8W
4- Output Power Max @ load impedance of 50 ohms is 50W
5- Frequency Limit 430-450MHz
Such Gain block amplifiers are used throughout the transceiver design to provide high linearity and low noise signal amplification also to further drive the high power stages within an amplifier. M57788MR is 50 ohm matched and can be cascaded without external impedance matching networks for RF and IF applications. The Pin configuration of the module for respective pins is as given below;

This module has thermal ratings of -30°C to 110°C Operation Case Temperature and Voltage Standing wave ratio for the module is 8.8:1.
